Absolutely. An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout in your own space, I’ll set up a plan for you. Same goes for nutrition counseling.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! That being said, we usually see goals met every six weeks!
