This package is designed to help you reach your goals before the holiday madness. The plan is set up to be split up into 2 sessions a week for two months. That should get you through the New Year, or awfully close. It is also usually the milestone that shows tangible progress.
We will work together to clean up your eating and possibly other areas of your lifestyle, to get you ready to tackle 2023 better than ever! You will work with a trainer for two hours every week - either virtual or in person, but also have additional workouts to do on your own. Expect to devote 5-6 hours a week to taking care of yourself and prioritizing your goals. If it sounds intimidating, let is sink in, and realize, it is probably the change you are looking for. Childcare during on-site training is also included.
